We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  2. Course Usage: You must have accessed less than 20% of the course content (including videos, downloads, or assessments).
  3. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course more than once, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate(s).
  4. Technical Issues: If you’re experiencing technical problems that prevent access to the course and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund.

❌ Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You have accessed more than 20% of the course material.
  • Your refund request is submitted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • You downloaded all or a majority of the course materials.
  • The course was purchased during a final sale or promotional offer marked as “non-refundable.”
  • You changed your mind or no longer wish to continue.
